因為最近讀書會讀了希臘主題 + 昨天聽了多發性骨髓瘤研討會，起心動念來整理一下平時收集到，有著希臘神話意涵的臨床試驗名字。一來可以更能記得這些試驗的藥物成效與副作用，二來還可以讓神話更立體一些。
看了 Gemini 覺得很燒，我把收集到的名字都倒進去做成簡報，還是有點差強人意，只好手刻一下。因為不想花太多時間在上面，美學方面還請見諒（期待天降神兵來拯救我的排版）。
希望可以拋磚引玉出更多希臘神話的試驗名。

ODYSSEY (P2) Momelotinib in JAK inhibitor naive (cohort 1; approximate n=28) or experienced (cohort 2; approximate n=28)。會取名 Odyssey 大概是因為商品名叫 OJJAARA。

GRIFFIN (P2) → PERSEUS (P3) : Dara-VRd v. VRd in NDMM 這兩個試驗有承續性的關係。Perseus 的座騎 Pegasus 則是另一個試驗。

仙王座與仙后座，可以看得出來名字與試驗有種對映的美感，最喜歡這樣一系列的感覺。Daratumumab 的藥廠試驗命名者古典學造詣高。
CEPHEUS (P3) D-VRd v. VRd in NDMM, transplant-ineligible
CASSIOPEIA (P3) : NDMM, TE, Induction Dara-VTd (v. VTd) reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 33%. OS HR 0.54, PFS HR 0.58. 追蹤了 88 個月，median survival 還是 NR.
都是有希臘神話故事的星座。

另有朋友補充：
柏毅：DELPHINUS study (海豚座) ──也是Dara。Daratumumab in pediatric/young adult relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoblastic lymphoma.
芊雯：雖然不是血液科相關的trial，但講到跟希臘神話相關的臨床試驗就會想到Dronedarone的ATHENA跟PALLAS trial~
ATHENA選了陣發性心房顫動的病人發現Dronedarone是所有抗心律不整藥物中outcome最好的，後續的PALLAS多收了chronic AF的病人，結果發現用Dronedarone的組別死亡率較高，試驗做兩年就收掉了qq
剛好希臘神話中是Athena殺死了Pallas，後來Athena變成Pallas的代言人，兩個名字很常一起出現XD
